Who am I?
At some point in life, we arrive at this question.
I had spent a big part of my life striving to find my value and worth from all the labels, experiences and education I had accumulated over the years, yet I still felt empty.
Slowly over time as I let go of the labels that I either inherited or adopted as my own, I also started to feel more full.
Go figure.
The simplicity of cultivating a quiet practice brought me closer to answering this question, Who am I?
It turns out it has nothing to do with labels, experiences, possessions and accomplishments.
It goes so way beyond any of that.
‘Who I am is a feeling. It’s all on the inside.
I’d take that a step further to say, our worth lives in each and every cell of our bodies.
The need to find value and worth through striving and grasping for someone or something on the outside fades.
This is a life practice.
To embody that inherent fullness that exists in all of us, changes everything.
Softening to life becomes the path of least resistance.
From an inner state of fullness, you create and engage with life in a way that exceeds all expectations.
I want that for you.
What would the world be like if more of us found fulfillment behind our eyes and not just in front of them?
